Hi all! I just wanted to share a new discovery for me. I know juices have become a popular trend, but I hadn't taken much interest until a friend gave me a juicer and now I'm hooked. Green fruit or veggie juice in the morning is the best! I drink 2 per day and I feel so much healthier and full of energy. I think the extra vitamins are what does it. Are any of you juicers aswell?? Would be great to share tips/recipes :)
I was reading this article (below) recently, and it really made me think about the food I eat and genetically modified food in general. I knew it happened with vegetables, but now meat!? What do people think about this? Is it really such a bad thing?
