Hi all!

I just wanted to share a new discovery for me. I know juices have become a popular trend, but I hadn't taken much interest until a friend gave me a juicer and now I'm hooked.

Green fruit or veggie juice in the morning is the best! I drink 2 per day and I feel so much healthier and full of energy. I think the extra vitamins are what does it.

Are any of you juicers aswell?? Would be great to share tips/recipes :)

Hello! I used to have juice in the morning, make from celery, green apple and pineaple... love it...but, found it a little sweet, not alowed for me, as i am diabetic....

    Has anyone one else tried this or do any of you regularly grow all your own veggies? I've got a small allotment I'd love to put to good use, any tips for me?

    I was reading this article (below) recently, and it really made me think about the food I eat and genetically modified food in general. I knew it happened with vegetables, but now meat!? What do people think about this? Is it really such a bad thing?     Hi everyone, Is anyone else following a gluten free diet, for any reason? I've been ill recently and my doctor has advised me to try cutting out gluten. Would be grateful for any advice on recipes/all things gluten free!
