I started doing yoga regularly last eyar, taking classes at my local senior centre and I have become a raving enthusiast. It is perfect relaxation and exercise and I'm convinced it sharpens my brain (I'm living with memory problems). Happy to share some tips if anyone else is interested?

Hi all, I'm really making an effort to get fit after retiring from work recently. I spent years just sitting at my desk 5 days a week!!! I'm trying to start running, but I find it leaves me aching for days in my legs even after a short jog. Is this normal? Am I just unfit?
